# Billevera

> Billevera gives a small-business owner a plain statement of what the AI tools that spend their money actually did: what they spent, on what, and whether they followed the owner's own rules. It only reads; it never changes ads or moves money. The free check runs entirely in the owner's browser, and their files are not uploaded.

## What it does today
- Free check (no sign-up): the owner downloads ad reports from Meta Ads, Google Ads or Amazon Ads, answers five questions (daily and monthly limits, what needs their OK, places and campaigns that are off limits) and gets a statement.
- Each line is one of: Allowed, Not allowed, Can't tell, Not checked. "Allowed" means allowed by the owner's own rules. When records are incomplete or the actor is unclear, it says "Can't tell" instead of guessing.
- Waste check for Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products): lists campaigns and search terms "worth a look" with the money attached: spend without sales, cost per sale above the owner's break-even, the same keyword bidding against itself, search terms that never sold, campaigns outside the owner's marketplaces. Low data is "Too early to tell". Kindle Unlimited page reads are respected when the report includes them.
- Files are opened in a sealed part of the page that cannot connect to the internet.

## When it fits
- An owner lets an agency, an AI ad tool or an automated campaign builder run Google, Meta or Amazon ads and wants an independent check of what changed and what was spent.
- An author or seller has many AI-generated Amazon campaigns (for example 50+) and cannot review them by hand.
- An owner wants a clear page for a bookkeeper showing what AI tools spent.

## What it does not do
- It does not run, change or optimize ads, and it does not promise a return on spend.
- It is not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and not a certification.
- Weekly statements and other platforms (cards, accounting software, TikTok and others) are not available yet.
