Who we are

Billevera is run by AB5 Solutions Ltd., a company in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. "We" means AB5 Solutions Ltd.

By using this website or the free check, you agree to these terms.

What the free check does

The free check runs in your browser. It reads the report files you choose and shows a statement of what your AI tools did, compared with the rules you enter.

Your files stay on your computer. We do not receive them.

We only read. We never change your ads, accounts or settings, and we never move your money.

What the statement means

"Allowed" and "Not allowed" mean allowed or not allowed by the rules you entered. "Can’t tell" and "Too early to tell" mean the reports do not show enough to say.

"Worth a look" is a suggestion, not an instruction. Decisions about your ads and your money are yours.

The statement is information only. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial or advertising advice.

We work hard to make it accurate, but it can contain mistakes, and it can only be as complete as the files you give it. Check important findings in your ad account before you act on them.

Your part

Only use files you have the right to use.

Do not use this website to harm others, to break the law, or to interfere with how the website works.

Limits

The website and the free check are provided as they are, without promises beyond these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the free check or from decisions made with it. If we are found responsible anyway, our total responsibility for the free check is limited to CAD 100.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Workshops and paid services

The workshop and any paid service have their own terms, which we share before you pay. If they differ from these terms, theirs apply to that service.

Reporting a security problem

If you find a security problem with this website or the free check, email hello@billevera.com. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling others, and do not access data that is not yours.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
